I've worked with coaches at almost every stage—from people trying to sign their first few clients to established business owners generating hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.
And through all of it, my philosophy around business has become increasingly simple:

Why I Built Premium Coaching Systems
Premium Coaching Systems is the culmination of what I've learned over the last eight years working in this industry.
It's about helping great coaches turn their expertise into a business that is premium, systematic, profitable, and sustainable.
A business with a clear offer.
A predictable way of creating clients.
An exceptional coaching experience.
And systems that allow the owner to actually step away from their laptop and enjoy what they've built.
I'm not interested in helping people build businesses that simply look successful from the outside.
I want to help build businesses that feel successful to the person actually living inside them.
That's what Premium Coaching Systems represents to me.
I'm a husband, a dad to three girls, a health and fitness enthusiast, and an entrepreneur.
I love building businesses.
But I also love early mornings. Training. Skiing. Being outside. Spending time with my family. Being present with my kids.
I don't want to build a business that requires sacrificing all of those things in order for it to succeed.
And I don't think you should have to either.
Fewer Clients. Deeper Relationships.
I've never been obsessed with building the biggest coaching business possible.
I'm much more interested in building a great one.
I'd rather work deeply with a smaller number of incredible clients than build something that requires hundreds or thousands of people just to make the economics work.
Fewer clients allows you to know people.
To understand their businesses.
To notice problems before they become bigger problems.
And ultimately, to do better work.
Systems Create Freedom
I love systems because systems remove unnecessary chaos.
Your business shouldn't require you to reinvent everything every week.
There should be a clear way that people discover you.
A clear way they learn about you.
A clear way they become clients.
And a clear experience once they do.
That's ultimately where Premium Coaching Systems came from.
Not from wanting to create another complicated business methodology.
But from wanting to simplify coaching businesses around a handful of systems that actually matter.
